What types of courses are offered by SQA Education?
We offer online English language courses for students whose first language is not English. Our focus is on helping immigrants from all over the world improve their communication skills. We offer two options:

– Standard: Free classes available for all levels (A1-C1).
– Premium: Paid classes available for all levels (A1-C1).

How are the classes?
The classes happen 2 times a week live with your teacher and peers online. Each session is interactive and engaging, focusing on practical communication skills. We also have homework assignments online to reinforce what you learn in class.

How do I find out about the courses?
You can send us a direct message on Instagram, a Facebook message, or contact us via WhatsApp. You can also explore our course offerings on our website.

How do I enroll in a course?
To enroll, you need to take a placement test and complete the website form with your personal information and test score. 

Standard Classes (Free): You will need to wait until a spot becomes available, and we will contact you.

Premium Classes: Once payment is completed, you will be placed in the chosen class.

Is there a registration fee?
No, registration and the English-level test are completely free for all students.

What materials do I need to register?
You only need to provide your personal information, including your name, email, and phone number. If you choose the Premium option, you will need a credit card for payment.

What documents do I need to register?
No documents are required to register. The process is simple and straightforward.

How long are the courses?
Each level lasts 8 weeks, with 2 classes per week (16 classes total). Classes are organized by level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1) to ensure students learn with peers at a similar proficiency level.

What are the starting dates?
Please check our course calendar to see when the next session begins. We have regular start dates throughout the year.

How much does it cost?

The Standard course for all levels is free of charge (subject to availability). 
The Premium course for all levels costs USD 80 per 8-week term.

How do I pay?
If you choose the Premium course, you will receive an email with a payment link for credit card processing.

How do I access the classes?
You will receive an email and a WhatsApp message with the links to access your classes and homework assignments. All classes are conducted via Zoom for optimal learning experience.

Do I need a computer?
No, you can easily access the class from your smartphone. However, a computer or tablet may provide a better learning experience for certain activities.

What do I need to bring to class?
Be in a quiet place with a pen and paper for taking notes. We recommend using headphones for better audio quality

How can I contact my teacher?
You can stay in touch with your teacher via WhatsApp or Facebook. Our instructors are available to answer questions between classes.

How can I contact other students?
We create WhatsApp groups for every class, where you can stay in touch with your peers. This facilitates practice opportunities and community building.

Are there tests?
Yes, you will take a placement test when you apply to determine the right class for you. Additionally, there is a final exam at the end of each 8-week session to assess your progress.

How do I receive a certificate of completion?
To receive a certificate of completion, you need to attend at least 14 out of the 16 classes per term and complete the final exam. Certificates can be used to demonstrate your English proficiency to employers or educational institutions.

What if I miss a class?
If you miss a class, you can request the class recording from your teacher. However, watching recordings does not count toward your attendance for certificate purposes.

Can I switch between levels during the course?
If you find your current level too challenging or too easy, speak with your instructor. We can evaluate your needs and may be able to transfer you to a more appropriate level.

What’s the difference between Standard and Premium courses?
While both options offer quality instruction, Premium courses provide priority enrollment, more comprehensive materials, extended instructor support, and additional practice resources.

Are there any prerequisites for joining a course?
There are no prerequisites other than your willingness to learn. Our placement test will help determine your current English level so we can place you in the appropriate class.

Do you offer specialized English courses?
Besides general English courses, we occasionally offer specialized courses such as Business English, Conversational English, and English for Academic Purposes. Contact us for current offerings.

What teaching methodology do you use?
We use a communicative approach focused on practical language skills. Our classes emphasize speaking, listening, reading, and writing through interactive activities and real-world scenarios.

Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the course?
Premium course students may request a refund within the first week of classes if they’re not satisfied. After this period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer one-on-one tutoring?
Yes, we offer private tutoring sessions for students who need additional support or have specific learning goals. These are available at an additional cost.

What level of English will I achieve after completing all courses?
Students who complete all levels (A1 through C1) typically achieve upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency, enabling them to communicate effectively in most personal and professional situations.
